Companies can offer horse healthcare services. Users can book these services through the app.
Organizers can promote their horse events. Users can buy tickets and participate in these events.
Registration is required to use the app's services. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for their use of the app and the information they provide. They must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of other users.
Transactions are conducted directly between users and merchants/sellers. EquiFinder is not responsible for transactions and any potential disputes.
Users can book horse healthcare services through the app. The terms of booking and cancellation are defined by the service providers.
Users can buy tickets for horse events through the app. The terms of sale and cancellation of tickets are defined by the event organizers.
Users' personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
EquiFinder disclaims all liability in the event of a dispute between users and merchants/sellers/service providers/event organizers. Users must resolve disputes directly among themselves.
EquiFinder reserves the right to modify these CGV at any time. Users will be informed of the changes via notification in the app.
These CGV are governed by UAE law. In the event of a dispute, UAE courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
